Konnex Networks rolled out Managed PBX service
Building on their successful VoIP implementations in UK, New Zealand and The Bahamas, Konnex Networks has recently announced its Virtual Managed PBX service for enterprises and service providers.
The service enables users to manage multiple voice and fax lines over an Internet connection without the need for any special hardware other than SIP phones or adaptors. Users will be able to manage calls more effectively with a range of services such as voice mail service, call waiting options, IVR details, hunt groups, automated call diversion after hours and all of the features that you would expect from an onsite PBX – but without the hardware costs.
The service also enables organisations to manage departmental costs or, in the case of Serviced Offices, multi-company charges. This enables an organisation to manage multiple accounts with their own charging structure whilst receiving one bill for the whole service. Contact Konnex Networks for more details.
