Programme and Project Management
Konnex Networks' staff are training in the PRINCE2 methodology and all of our projects are managed in this way. We use a variety of software tools, including Microsoft Project to assist in the project management process and communication with senior management. Projects include bespoke systems development, online commercial services, wireless networks and product launches.
